Job Posting: Digital Content Creator

Flounder Brewing Co. – Hillsborough, NJ
Are you passionate about storytelling through photos and video? Do you love capturing the vibe of live events, community spaces, and craft beer culture? Flounder Brewing Co. is looking for a Digital Content Creator to join our team part-time and help bring the energy of our 250-year-old barn and brewery to life online.

Position Details

  • Pay: $20/hour

  • Hours: 10 hours per week

  • Location: On-site at Flounder Brewing Co., Hillsborough, NJ

  • Minimum Age: 21+

What You’ll Do

  • Capture high-quality photo and video content at the brewery, including:

    • Live music and special events

    • Community gatherings and non-music events

    • Behind-the-scenes production moments

    • Product content (beer, cans, pours, etc.) for promotional use

  • Use part of your hours each week to edit and create reels and short-form videos for social media.

  • Upload and organize media through the brewery’s Google Business account.

What We’re Looking For

  • A driven and proactive work ethic – someone who can take initiative and identify content opportunities without needing step-by-step instruction.

  • Comfortable and skilled at using a smartphone to capture both still and moving images.

  • Ability to edit content into engaging, brand-aligned reels and clips.

  • Flexible, creative, and able to work in a lively, event-based environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • A DSLR camera in addition to your smartphone.

  • Experience with social media content creation, especially Instagram and Facebook reels

Tools We Provide

  • Brewery-owned gimbal arm (for smartphones) and gimbal video camera (for on-site use).

  • Brewery Google Business account for uploading media.

  • CapCut Pro account for reel editing.
