Flounder Brewing is a brewery located in beautiful Hillsborough nestled in refurbished more than 250-year-old barns. We’re always brewing a variety of beers to please many preferences while providing a unique, amazing space to experience those beers.

Flounder Brewing spent years searching for the most amazing space to expand production while creating a one-of-a kind tasting experience for guests. The search landed Flounder Brewing at Carriage Farm right on Amwell Road in beautiful Hillsborough. After a year of refurbishment, Flounder Brewing moved into the 250-year-old repurposed barns to create an unmatched experience in brewery tap rooms.
