HILL STREET HONEY (Flagship)

Orange blossom honey from southern NJ opens up as this beer warms. This smooth (multiple silver medalist!) everyday drinker pairs well with anything. Our first beer continues to be our #1!

LUNATIC BELGIAN (Flagship)

Featuring La Chouffe yeast, our brewer's homage to his brewing mentor is his favorite. A soft, pillowy head leads to floral aromas and candy sweetness. Coriander makes a delicate finish.

FRED THE IPA (Flagship)

Clean citrus-forward with low-bitterness, FRED is a refreshing full-bodied contrarian in this saturated category. Dry hopped with Citra, Centennial , and Mosaic , FRED is a real all-day IPA.

JACK’S PUFFIN PILS (Flagship)

Light and delicate, our malt-forward offering is in the Czech family of pilsners. Saaz and Northern Brewer hops balance the crisp, clean flavor profile. This is the only beer we still naturally carbonate. Cheers, Jack!

SCARLET RED (Flagship)

Six grains lend a roasty, toasty aroma with a biscuit finish. Scarlet is a fan favorite—perfect for any game or day of the week.

HEFEWEIZEN (varying availability)

This traditional German wheat displays a cloudiness caused by yeast suspension, not the malt. Slightly more banana prominent, there is a hint of clove in this finish. The very low hop bitterness (true to style) is matched by strong effervescence.

DRUNKIN PUMPKIN (Seasonal)

Made with caramelized Norz Hill Farm Long Island cheese pumpkins. Beer first, pumpkin second—a break from commercial "pumpkin" beers with no actual pumpkin in them.

MCCASKILL WEE HEAVY (varying availability)

BLACK EMERALD STOUT (varying availability)

Maris Otter malt leads with strong cereal and nutty aromas, combined with roasted barley and chocolate malt. Medium-high hop bitterness is offset with the nitro infusion, lending a smooth, creamy body.

ST. NICK CHRISTMAS ALE (Seasonal)

SICH UNTERHALTEN (varying availability)

Our kellerbier follows the German tradition of cloudy, hazy lagers with a clean finish. Sich Unterhalten is German for talk or converse with friends. This offering is meant to be enjoyed with friends and loved ones.
