We're thrilled to showcase exceptional talent from near and far embracing a diverse range of musicians, we celebrate original compositions and stunning covers. From soulful solos to dynamic quartets, and from guitars to fiddles and cellos, our space welcomes an eclectic blend of musical expressions. We take immense pride in the amazing talent we have perform at the Barn. However, due to rising costs on everything we did not want to raise prices on our beer & hard seltzer (the only things we are allowed to sell). SOME EVENTS will have a 10% entertainment fee added to all purchases - mainly in the slower winter time when we lose all of our outdoor seating. This will help us continue to bring you incredible talent for what is WELL below a cover charge or individual tab charge found at comparable venues offering the entertainment experience we offer. This fee will start at 4:00 on those select event dates and will be noted in the event description below ON THIS PAGE. Abbie Griffin is a singer-songwriter and audio engineer who was raised in our very own Hillsborough, New Jersey. She has been performing for most of her life, striving to improve with each performance. Soulful and strong, her music derives from her exposure to blue grass, blues, funk, Americana, roots rock, and jazz. From unique covers to touching, deep originals, Abbie puts it all out there.

Unlike a performance, the musicians at a seisiún are playing for enjoyment as much for each other as for anyone who comes to listen.

Join us for our Books & Brew Book Swap. Bring up to 10 adult fiction books (published in the 2000's) and swap them for new-to-you titles. You could be leaving with 10 new-to-you books! We'll start the night with over 120 books (!) you can choose from PLUS there will be the books everyone else who is swapping brings in. The selection will be changing throughout the night. Pick a book off the table, replace it with one of your own, then grab some delicious craft beer and a seat and read a few pages. If you like the book you keep it! Or you can swap it for another title. There will be dozens of books coming in. Keep swapping til you find what you like.

The Strange Brew Crew, based out of Lambertville, NJ, plays a wide variety of songs from early rock and roll legends and today’s musicians via a wide range of musical genres including rock, surf, country, blues and more rock and roll. The band’s current set lists include songs by classic artists such as The Doors, Cream, The Rolling Stones and The Beatles, as well as more contemporary artists such as The Black Keys, Jack Johnson, Foo Fighters, and The Goo Goo Dolls.

Something beyond comprehension is happening to a girl on this street, in this house. A man has been called. He is... The Exorcist. That's right, folks, the Monday before Halloween, Flounder Brewery is a desert dig in the ancient city of Hatra, the obscenely desecrated Dhalgren Chapel, the cheerlessly institutional Goldwater Memorial Hospital, and, of course, Regan MacNeil's ice-cold Georgetown bedroom, when Alex Dawson and Raconteur Radio return to our barn to perform THE EXORCIST: LIVE ON STAGE.

The Adventures of Matte Black is a hardworking and deep thinking Factory Western Gothic Americana Steampunk Folk Rock band led by NJ native Madison Gerish & Maryland based Daniel Skinner, featuring a rotating line-up of their intrepid traveling friends. With an emphasis on original music, Madison's philosophical, vulnerable and disarming compositions dance with Daniel's subtle, yet moving melodies, all while leaving space for their talented caravan of musical comrades. The original music is rooted in deep improvisation and an emphasis on being courageous when facing the absurdities of life.

Join everyone’s favorite Assistant Brewer, Riley, every Wednesday as he takes over the Barn to test your knowledge with a fully interactive trivia experience packed with leaderboards, twists, turns, and plenty of chances to shake up the score.
Play solo or bring a team. We’ll have two games every Wednesday, one at 7:00 PM and one at 8:00 PM, with the winner of each game taking home a Flounder Brewing gift card.
Expect fast-moving questions, fun point-earning surprises, and theme nights coming soon. Grab a pour, settle in, and see if you’ve got what it takes to climb the leaderboard.

Harvest Day Fall Kick-Off
We are celebrating the kick-off of Fall and the end of our 13th anniversary weekend with a killer of a Sunday celebrating all things Ag!
We are releasing our Drunkin’ Pumpkin collab with Norz Hill Farm while our neigbors at Bellemara are releasing a Pawpaw Liqueur using pawpaw’s from Thistle Bird Farms - the farm right at the end of our road who will ALSO be setting up a popup market in front of the Brewery with various ag right from their farm. Then we also welcome FED Hospitality for a (again) rescheduled Asado due to the rain on the past planned days. They will be incorporating some special things sourced from Thistle Bird - advance tickets are required for the Asado.

Step into the heart of Flounder Brewing Co. every first Sunday of the month at 11 AM for our beloved Brewer’s Hour. As we celebrate our third year of this unique gathering, we invite you to join us in the Barn for an intimate and immersive beer experience.

Last Train to Munich (Märzen) will be pouring (both patios and at the bar), and our 2026 20-oz. Oktoberfest glasses will be for sale—while supplies last—with stein fills of our fantastic Märzen for those who purchase the 2026 glass! Note: Steins will be sold at all three serving stations while they last.
Hill Street Honey will also be pouring at all three stations, and we will fill steins with our original (and still #1 selling) beer!
SPECIAL ANNIVERSARY RELEASE: 6-month aged 11% English barleywine that our brewer made to release on our 13th anniversary!
BEER TENT in the South Paddock: We will be wide open with draft pours of Last Train and Hill Street, along with a special 16-oz. can pour of our Sunshine Kölsch that you won’t be able to get at our bar.

One of the top Oktoberfest bands in the country at the Flounder barn!
The Adlers band, established in September 1979, has become one of the best Oktoberfest bands in the country. With members Barry, Eddie, Anthony, Joe, Nick, Bobby, and Katya, they fuse Polka, Rock, and Country creating a unique and lively sound that captures the spirit of celebration, And Brings a party Experience like No Other.
The original trio was formed by founder and rhythm guitarist Adi Adler, along with singer, manager, and “band mother” Tina Adler, and their son Barry, who plays the accordion. The Three Amigos circa 2018 Barry, Eddie Spatarella, and Anthony Delbagno, the three amigos from Newton High School, were the beginning of the bands second chapter. Eddie became their renowned drummer and added additional vocals shortly after the band was established. Anthony came on board in 1989 as Rhythm guitarist, Bass Guitarist and vocalist.
The Adlers Band originated from Austrian and German Alpine music, evolving over time with the inclusion of musicians like Tony Szurka, a top Polka band leader from New Jersey. As musical tastes changed into the new millennium, the band adapted by maintaining its timeless core repertoire while also incorporating Party Rock music to meet modern demands. The Adlers Band with Joe, Nick and Bobby, circa 2023 Throughout the 2010s, Joe Mariany, retired West Point US Army musician, joined us, infusing it with his lively talent on the saxophone, clarinet, bass guitar, and vocals. In 2022, guitarist Nick Conte brought along with him country, Rock, and Irish elements, including fiddle and Bagpipes, enhancing the band's evolving sound and adding another layer to their rich vocals (including yodeling). He introduced us to Bobby Baxmeyer, retired Broadway musician, exceling in banjo, fiddle, saxophone, guitar, Vocals and more. View fullsize Our newest recruit, Katya Adler (Barry’s daughter), has made a significant impact by enhancing our vocal performances with her harmonies and introducing a distinctive female flair. She continues the legacy of traditional music that her grandparents originally showcased. To add to the family involvement, Carlton, Barry’s son, takes role as road manager and has ensured our safety getting to and from events.
