Not so long ago in a basement not that far away, in the deepest darkest depths of New Jersey, Tigerman was born (2011).  The band is a highly improvised, mostly instrumental product of the diverse music backgrounds of its members who met while studying music at William Paterson University.  Consisting of Adam Carelli on Alto/Tenor Sax and Wind Synth,  Jay Gogel on Keys,  Kurt Althoff on Guitar,  Joe Stracquatanio on Bass,  and Rory Burns on Drums.  These five musicians possess the musical strength, speed, agility and ferocity of a Tiger in its most primal state.  Tigerman’s sound blends elements of funk, jazz, rock, and the bizarre into a unique blend of groovy jams and epic aural journeys.

Paying homage to the jazz age and creating a retro atmosphere, The Vintage Vibe Tribe performs a mix of jazz standards and pop hits with an upbeat swing. Sassy but always classy, the sultry female front-woman pours out her emotions through songs by the likes of Etta James and Ella Fitzgerald to Aerosmith and Lady Gaga.

I write acoustic alt pop songs, trying to find melodies from feelings that you can vibe with. After a decade of drumming, I picked up a guitar and singing to share my own stories of love, loss, happiness, and figuring out what this all means. My hope is to create a space where we can laugh at our struggles, find meaning in the music, and share a sense of belonging.

The Long Hill String Band brings the Old Time music to the Barn for a Saturday night show. This talented group led our Old Time Sessions for a couple of years that we used to host. Now catch them for their very own night!

Joey Affatato: is a folk-punk singer-songwriter from Hamilton, NJ, blending storytelling with raw energy. He’s released music with The Ramparts Rebel and The Carousers, performed at Pouzza Fest in May 2024, and played with punk veterans like The Cryptkeeper Five and Argyle Goolsby. Inspired by Springsteen, Frank Turner, and Brian Fallon.

Shane Casey: Born and raised in the hills of North Jersey, Shane Casey has spent over half his life writing and performing music. With two albums and a handful of EP’s to boot, he boasts a respectable discography ranging from melancholy folk, to boisterous rock- and not to mention some good ol’ fashioned, salt-of-the-earth Americana. “Too old to change, too young to care” Shane has found his sound and delivers a cheerful nihilism missing in today’s modern atmosphere, while speaking directly to the beating heart of the middle class.

Small business Saturday on the Farm means the Central Jersey Nursery Christmas Tree Lot is onsite along with 6 featured MAKER vendors from the Kringle Market that will take place in December - a little preview. Endless Empanadas will be dishing out their amazing food and Horsin’ Around Coffee will be serving up hot coffee and hot cocoa!

Local favorites Tito & Sam bring their powerful renditions of your favorites to the Barn. With great harmonies, perfection on the keys and driving guitar you will surely be singing along!

GOODNITE GRACIE first emerged in 2015 with the release of The Sound EP, which fused modern rock energy, pop-driven hooks, and a reverence for melodic song writing. Though the name maybe new to some, its members are seasoned players. Sean Ryan (Vocal / Guitar) and Dave Whitehead (Guitar/Vocal) first earned acclaim with Liquid Carousel, releasing three celebrated albums with hundreds of performances over a 10+yr period. During the band’s hiatus, Ryan pursued a solo project, while Whitehead recorded several albums with The Anderson Council, whose work gained support from Sirius XM’s Little Steven’s Underground Garage and none other than Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day. Reunited again as GOODNITE GRACIE, together they now deliver a sound that’s both familiar and forward-looking.

Expect another magical night as the Route 78 Jazz Quartet plays the Vince Guaraldi Trio Charlie Brown Christmas album intermingled with great jazz standards and holiday favorites.

This year we have TWO nights to spread the holiday cheer out! We are 21+ BOTH nights.

Jason Kundrath writes and performs with the soul of a lifelong listener and the edge of a seasoned alt-rock frontman. His journey began at age four, transfixed by Introducing… The Beatles in his aunt’s LP collection—and he’s been chasing the magic of melody ever since.

As the founding member of Hero Pattern, Jason toured the East Coast and Midwest, earned radio play with the single “Monster,” and performed at CMJ, SXSW, and the Midwest Music Summit. The band’s debut LP Cut You Out blended classic rock instincts with early-2000s alt grit, earning a cult following and a Japanese release for their sophomore effort.

After a hiatus to start a family, Jason returned with The Good Silver, recording a Tom Petty cover for Mint 400’s Don’t Fade on Me tribute album. These days, he’s crafting intimate solo sets, reimagining favorite covers, and finishing new original material for a 2026 release.

Whether on stage or in the studio, Jason brings a deep reverence for songcraft and a voice shaped by decades of listening, writing, and living.

The Strange Brew Crew, based out of Lambertville, NJ, plays a wide variety of songs from early rock and roll legends and today’s musicians via a wide range of musical genres including rock, surf, country, blues and more rock and roll. The band’s current set lists include songs by classic artists such as The Doors, Cream, The Rolling Stones and The Beatles, as well as more contemporary artists such as The Black Keys, Jack Johnson, Foo Fighters, and The Goo Goo Dolls.

Conor Churchill, born and raised in Tallahassee has been songwriting for about ten years. His music can be best described as introspective folk/roots rock. He takes you along on a journey through his life with the songs that he shares. His sweeping melody’s, powerful storytelling and thoughtful word captivates any audience/listening room he finds himself in. You can hear his music on all streaming platforms, his first full length album came out this past March called “Brand New Branches”. 

We are excited to welcome Conor to the Songwriter’s Corner as he travels through NJ!

Ben Clark has been writing and performing music over half his life. A southern Indiana native, he has lived in NYC for over a decade, performing at iconic venues such as The Cutting Room, Sony Hall, Granmercy Theatre, High Line Ballroom, and Radio City Music Hall. He has composed two musicals, and won the Kennedy Center National Musical Theatre Award for The Circus in Winter. His songs “Red” and “Hallucinate” were featured in the 2019 film A Score to Settle starring Nicolas Cage. Ben’s music is a blend of folk, rock, and Americana, about the passage of time, the weight of age, and the pursuit of passion. He is happiest on stage, playing new songs and old, for people looking to live in the moment, not knowing what story might come next.
