Little Martin in hand, singer-songwriter Abbie Griffin is a traveling songbook. Aiming to bring her art and experiences to anyone who will listen, she is an opportunistic individual who writes and records any and all song inspiration. To quote her greatest inspiration, her musical grandmother, “The saddest yet happiest songbird you’ll ever meet, with that smile.” She drives her art and every action she takes in her life with her heart on her sleeve, and that is clearly translated on stage through her connections with audiences.
Sarah Shanahan is a singer-songwriter from Hillsborough, New Jersey, and practically lives in Flounder’s backyard. Influenced early on by her dad’s love for Bruce Springsteen and her mom’s affection for country ballads, Sarah’s music centers on poignant lyrics and strong melody to create a sound that’s not quite folk, not quite pop, and not quite country, but something in between. She is currently writing and recording new music, which she hopes to release later this year.
